SOAP ACTORS

Actor and presenter, Craig reached a vast audience of fans with his portrayal of Dave Lister in the cult TV series Red Dwarf. Craig has also appeared in Eastenders, The Bill and Holby City to name but a few programmes and has enjoyed great popularity as the presenter of Robot Wars and Takeshi's  Castle. He is currently starring as Lloyd Mullaney in the popular soap Coronation Street. He is a highly entertaining after dinner speaker.

Paul Bradley

Paul Bradley has appeared in many popular TV series including; The Bill, The Young Ones, My Family and Red Dwarf. He played the role of Yehuda in the film The Pianist but it is for his roles in TV soaps that he is best known. These include Nigel Bates in Eastenders and Elliott Hope in Holby City, a role he has portrayed since 2005. Aside form acting, Paul plays lead guitar and is an accomplished vocalist. He works extensively for Comic Relief in Africa.


Michael French

Following graduation from drama school, Michael appeared in a number of West End musicals such as West Side story and Les Miserables. He  played leading roles in the television series Dalziel and Pascoe and Born and Bred but is best remembered as David Wicks in the BBC soap Eastenders and as Nick Jordan in Holby City and Casualty.

Jamie Lomas

Jamie Lomas is best known as bad boy Warren fox in the popular soap Hollyoaks. Among his many TV credits, he can include roles in Heartbeat, Casualty, Dream Team and Blue Murder.

Christopher is probably best known for his role as Grayson Sinclair in the top ITV soap Emmerdale, a role he played for three years. He is also well remembered as Captain Nigel Croker in Mile High. Other credits include Mansfield Park, Judge John Deed, Murphy’s Law, Bloody Sunday and Collison

Jake Wood

Jake Wood is known to millions as Matt Branning in the BBC1 soap Eastenders. during his career, he has appeared in numerous films including Vera drake and The Illusionist. In addition Jake has starred in such TV series as Inspector Morse, Doc Martin, Sea of Souls, Only Fools and Horses and The Bill Jake is the current voice of Geico gecko.

Will Thorp

While renowned for his work in the theatre, Will is best known for his television roles appearing in such series as Dr Who, Scott and Bailey and Law and Order. He played the role of Paul ‘Woody’ Joyner in both Casualty and Holby City and enjoyed a year long run in the ITV soap Coronation Street.

Derek Thompson

Derek Thompson became a regular face on television in the late 70’s when he appeared in such series as Rock Follies, The Gentle touch and Bergerac. Film roles include Jeff in The Long Good Friday and a hitman in Wild Geese II but he is unquestionably best known as Charlie Fairhead in the long-running BBC series Casualty and it’s spin off series Holby City and Holby Blue.


Hugh Quarshie

Hugh Quarshie has appeared in numerous stage and film productions of note including; Behaving Badly with Judi Dench and Star Wars:The Phantom Menace but he is probably best known for his television work having been seen in such series as Red Dwarf, Chancer and Medics. Hugh joined the cast of Holby City in 2001 as Ric Griffin, a role he continues to play today.

Paul Opacic

Paul’s official ‘Big Break’ came when he was cast as Steve Marchant, a series regular in Emmerdale. He followed this with roles in Holby City, The Bill, The Royal and waterloo Road. He currently stars as Carl Costello in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.

Patrick Mower

A graduate of RADA, Patrick’s extensive list of performances has seen him appear mainly in televison and film roles, often as a secret agent or detective. Credits include; Callan, Marco Polo, UFO, Carry On England and Minder. Patrick has portrayed the role of Rodney Blackstock in the popular , award-winning, ITV soap opera Emmerdale for the last twelve years.


Scott Maslen

Scott Maslen is an English actor born in London. He first became a household name playing the role of D.S Phil Hunter in ITV's The Bill. He is currently starring as Jack Branning in the BBC soap Eastenders. He is the voice of Claude Speed in the Grand Theft Auto computer game.
